The primary objective of this fund is to facilitate the seamless relocation of Golden Retrievers who find themselves in need during the later stages of their lives. Operating under the auspices of the GRCA CARE Committee, the program extends support to affiliated Golden Retriever Rescue initiatives. This support encompasses the transportation of Golden Retrievers from one rescue program to another, or from a rescue program to a certified training facility specialized in the development of service or search and rescue dogs. While the fund's resources are allocated on a case-by-case basis, priority is consistently given to seniors in need. However, in certain circumstances and contingent upon available resources, consideration may also be extended to dogs of younger ages and for other compelling reasons.
